When will I recieve my order?


Once an order is placed, you will recieve a tracking number within 7-10 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday. We ship with USPS so most orders will arrive within 2-3 days after shipping, sometimes sooner.




USPS says Delivered but I did not recieve my order


Please contact USPS if you do not recieve your order and tracking has indicated that they did recieve the package at some point. All packages are insured. We can resend orders if a case is opened with USPS and they are unable to locate the package.




Can I return my order if I don't like my items?


All sales are final. No returns will be accepted. An exchange can be made on an item if it hasn't been worn and we are notified within 3 days of delivery. The customer will need to cover postage on returns. Once the item is recieved, the new size will be sent.




Do you offer wholesale orders for businesses?


We do offer wholesale pricing to businesses that provide us with their EIN number. We also offer special pricing to churches for bulk orders. Please email service@stainedglassapparel.com.




Do offer custom colors for certain designs?


If you are ordering wholesale and would like a different color shirt or text on a current design, we can make those accomodations. Please email service@stainedglassapparel.com




How should I care for my items?


Use the instructions on the garment for cleaning. In most cases, washing in cold to warm water and the gentle cycle will give the best results. Most items are made with preshrunk ring spun cotton so there should only be about 5% shrinkage. Hang dry shirts for best shrinkage results.
